  • Project Officer: 
    • Qualification: M.E. / M. Tech. / M.B.A. or B.E. / B. Tech
    • Experience: 2 Years+ experience
    • Required Knowledge and Skill:
      • Developing contracts, tenders, etc.
      • Developing feasibility / detailed project reports
      • Experience in power/solar sector desired
      • Financial modelling
  • Technical Officer:

• • Qualification & Experience: M.E. / M. Tech. / M.B.A. with 2 Years+ experience OR B.E. / B. Tech with 4 years+ experience
  • Required Knowledge and Skill:
    • Experience in solar project
    • Knowledge of photovoltaic system designing / sizing
    • Preparation of specification and simulation software
    • Substantial experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar photovoltaic sites
• Project Engineer: 
  • Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (fulltime course only)
  • Experience: 3 Years+ experience required of Solar energy projects
• Technician: 
  • Qualification: Diploma / ITI with NISE Surya Mitra / NCP Training
  • Experience: 1 year+ in solar energy
• Deputy Engineer (Mechanical):
  • Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical)
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years’ experience in solar energy
  • Required Knowledge and Skill:
    • Particularly in setting up solar projects and water supply system
    • Costing and budgeting
    • Mechanical System
• Senior Engineer (Civil): 
  • Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech – (Civil)
  • Experience:  10 years’+ experience of Civil work in solar projects
  • Required Knowledge and Skill: 
    • Strong knowledge of construction process of all stages is required
    • Good experience of reading & understanding construction drawings
    • Installation and commissioning of various Solar plant
    • Consultancy, development, executing, and in installation and commissioning of solar projects
    • Complete knowledge & hands-on experience of all civil activities at solar site
    • Knowledge of Civil practises and Procedures
    • On-Site Execution & Planning, Contractor Management
    • Liaison with Customer at site during project phase.
    • Material quality & quantity re-check at site as per design & BOM
    • Maintain civil, mechanical & electrical work quality at site during execution as per SOP
    • Maintain quality & commissioning check lists
