GERC Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: 
    • Joint Director: PhD in Economics/ Finance, OR Post Graduate Degree in Economics, OR, Post Graduate in Mathematics with Specialization in operations Research, OR Post Graduate in Statistics, OR  Graduate in Power/Electrical Engineering with MBA (Finance).
      • Nature of Experience: Working as a senior economist in State/Central Government or Government or other Organization or Public/Private Sector Organization
      • Age limit: 53 years
    • Dy. Director: Post Graduate Degree in Economics/ Mathematics with Specialization in Operations Research/ Statistics, OR Graduate in Power / Electrical Engineering with MBA (Finance)/PhD in Economics/ Finance will be preferred.
      • Nature of Experience: Working as a Senior Economist in State / Central Government or Government recognized institute
      • Age limit: 48 years
    • Accounts Officer: Post Graduate/Graduate in commerce
      • Age limit: 40 years

GERC Selection Process

  • Final selection will be based on Interview.
